ONECase Persons are clients, family members, attorneys, counselors, workers, abuse or neglect perpetrators -- any individual who is a member of a case or is directly associated with a case in some way. Users should include in the Person database any person for whom the system must produce letters.

ONECase collects and stores non-confidential demographic data about these Persons. It maintains service-specific or confidential data in other add-on modules. ONECase automatically assigns a unique Person Number to identify each Person maintained in the database. Optionally, the Person Number may be the Social Security Number or any number you provide.
