REPORTS

The Placement Services application module automates each step in the administration process from placement of foster children in a foster or group home through check requests and reimbursement reporting. It generates and stores the data required to submit the DSS-5094 form for reporting to the state. Each month the module automatically calculates the fee due each placement home and prepares a check request voucher. 

The module maintains the data necessary to prepare the DSS-5094 state form, to create a check request voucher, to create a ONECase case, and to print the specified reports.
