At its simplest level, the Reception module automates the Alexander logging and reporting. "Work with Visitors" is the primary procedure. The module also provides logging capability for applicants or clients appearing in the agency for any program and can even log mail and monthly/quarterly reports. The companion Records module tracks the location of hard-copy file folders for cases.

The module gives significant capability to reception area workers who must track applicants through the steps of the application process. Reception area workers can use the program to update important data about a visitor including address, phone numbers, date of birth, and more. In this manner Reception becomes the most likely and important function for keeping key data about applicants and clients current.

Run “Print Duplicate SSN List”.
“Change Person Numbers”.
Record Folders.
Ensure Visit Results are updated.
