Password security

It shall be the responsibility of the workers to protect the identity of their own password. To assist the worker, each password will expire periodically and a new password will have to be assigned by the worker. As an added precaution, a password may not be used again until the fifth cycle of password expiration and reassignment.

Workers should sign off when they will be gone from their workstation for an extended period of time such as lunch hour or at the end of the day.
