howto: Create Contacts from Closed Activities


Press 'F15=CsActvy' to display all Activities closed on the Contact Date
The program displays all case activities closed on the Contact Date. 
Change the Contact Date and repeat the process to retrieve activities closed on other days.

Select Activities
Key an 'X' beside each closed activity on which the worker actually spent time on the Contact Date.
Press 'F1=All' to place the 'X' on all closed activities.

Press Enter to copy Client-Services to Screen 1
The program already knows the Person Number, ONE/Case Service, and the Contact Date.
These data are already displayed.

Update Contact line(s).
The program defaults the 'Dy' to that displayed in the Contact Date. 
Press Enter, the press F13=Update.

Key data on Screen 2
The process is the same as described in Add Contact.
