Key Contact Date in the 'Dy' column
The date must be within the week defined by the Contact Date

Key Person Number in the '*Per Nbr' column
To access "Lookup Person Number", position the cursor on the field and press F8.

Key ONECase Service in the '*Svc' column
To access "Lookup Service", position the cursor on the field and press F8.

Press Enter.
The program validates Person Number and Service.
It displays the ONECase Number for the Person/Service combination.

Press F13=Update to save the data.
After passing all edits on Screen 1 and saving the data, the screen moves automatically to Screen 2. 
The screen displays the State Reporting Code defined for the ONECase Service.

Key the State Program
Lookup a valid Program by positioning the cursor on the field and pressing Enter.

Key the Minutes for the Contact
Any number between 1 and 9999 minutes.

Key Comment (optional)
If you need more space than the field provides, press F17 to display another field.
You may key any data you desire into these fields. 
However, the program takes no action on the data you key.

Press Enter.
The program validates the combination of Reporting and Program codes defined on menu 28.
To lookup valid combinations, positioning the cursor on the 'P' field and press F8.

The program displays the total minutes for all contacts defined for the Contact Date.

If the combination is valid, the program displays the EIS or SIS ID, as defined by the Service.
The program does not permit keying the Client ID directly onto this screen.
You must maintain the ID on the Person data screen.
To access "Work with Data about Persons," key a 'P' into the S column and press Enter.

The program will not let you save a contact with any invalid data. You must press the F3 or F12 key twice to leave the screen. The data for the incomplete contact will not be saved.

The F13=Update displays as reverse-image data on the screen has changed.

Press F13=Update to save the data
After passing all edits, press F13 to save the data.
If all the data on the screen is valid, the program saves them and returns F13=Update to normal.

Execute any of the Options (optional)
You may delete a Contact, replicate a Contact, maintain Person data, or key Notes about the Contact.

Press the appropriate function key
You may add another contact, return to the menu, or perform any of the functions defined by the keys.
