T Visitor has seen Video T=Video Steps
Use this option to indicate that the visitor has seen whatever video your agency may show applicants. Some agencies want to show applicants a video before calling the worker. After executing this option a 'T' will appear in the '1' column. In the counties that use this feature the reception area worker should not call the worker unless the 'V' appears in the column.
