B Notify Worker by Break Message B=Brkmsg Steps
Use this option to send a break message to inform a worker that a visitor is waiting in a reception area to see the worker. After this option is executed, the column headed with a '1' shows a count just as it does when you execute the Worker Notified option. In fact, the count is the sum of the number of time option 'B' and '1' have been executed.

The program will send the message only if the Worker ID is signed onto the server. If not, the program returns a message to you indicating that the message could not be sent. When the message has been successfully sent, the following message will appear.

The Worker to receive the break msg has been notified: TOMCOX

The program will present the 'Enter Worker ID' window described above. Key the Worker ID and press F13 to update -- just like you would to execute the Worker Notified or Worker Received option. The program will interrupt the session with a message that will resemble the image shown below.
