2 Visitor Received by Worker 2=Received Steps
Use this option to indicate that the worker has received the visitor and that the visitor is with the worker somewhere in agency. After this option is executed, the column headed with a '2' shows an asterisk and the status of the log entry changes from 'O' to 'W'. If you then press the F5=Refresh key, the log entry will probably disappear from the list -- no need to worry, it will reappear if you change the Status selection parameter to a 'W' or 'A'.

The program will present the same window described above. Key the Worker ID and press F13 to update.
