1 Worker Notified (1=Wkr Notified) STEPS
Use this option to indicate that a worker has been called to pick up a visitor in the reception area. It does not notify the worker but assumes that you have. After this option is executed, the column headed with a '1' will show the count of the number of times the worker has been notified, ie the number of times you have executed this OR the Break Message option for that log entry.

Unlike the break message option 'B' the program does not send an electronic message to the worker. Indeed, you will probably use this option when you cannot send a break message to the worker.

The program updates the 'Time Worker Called' value in the log entry. On all calls made after the first it updates 'Time Worker Recalled'.

The program will present a window similar to the one shown below. You should key the ID of the worker who has been notified. If you do not know the Worker ID, position the cursor on the field and press F8=Lookup to access the "Lookup Worker ID" program. After keying a valid ID, press the F13=Updt (Update) key to change the log entry.
