Step 9: Search the Person File


Press the F7 key to search the Person file -- not previous logs -- for the Person Number.
The program moves the search parameter(s) you key into the Person Search screen.
Make sure the search parameters are correct
Press Enter.
The program will display a window containing the results of the search.
