Why did EIS Number come over and not SIS?
When I was training staff to receive and close clients from the receptionist log I had some day care people in attendance. In
discussing what is to come when we start the day care module and just looking at the overall benefit I was showing them
daysheets. I know we haven't implemented or even looked at the Child Care module but I was demonstrating how the day sheets
worked through CPS. Then I put in a child care workers name to show them that nothing would be listed under their cases but if the
person was in the system they could put in the person number, service of CDC-I, etc. and the system would pull over Where did the
Delete worker contact function go?
CASEY
Check the Service using option 5 (?) on menu 18. Type Provider=CDC and Service=CDC-I, press
Enter. There is a field on the screen that gives you a choice of SIS or EIS system. EIS is
probably selected. If child care workers use SIS, then change the value from 'EIS' to 'SIS'.
