Why do I get a break message but have no cases?
During our meeting and demonstration this morning, a break message was sent letting a worker know someone was waiting in the
reception area. The worker being notified did not have OneCase open. A message was given to the receptionist that worker was notified.
Why is this? We were under the impression that only if OneCase was open would the receptionist get this message and if the program was not
open a message would be sent stating something to the fact that worker not available.
