How do I select an option to change worker notified?

I had requested quite some time ago for the Reception Log to have an option to change worker notified when an error occurred. Presently if you notify the wrong worker this can only be changed by notifying again and typing in the correct workers name, which makes it appear as the correct worker was notified twice when actually was only notified once. This could be corrected by having the E for error function to give an option of change worker name. I asked Jim about this and he did not recall this request. This would be helpful and lower the frustration of staff.
