How do I change the Reception notification message?

When I visited your office, I spoke to Tom about changing the notification message when a referral for service and/or assignment of a CPS case was made to read: Worker name has been assigned log # ??? instead of YOU have been
assigned.... This would at least let a person receiving this message in error due to the AS400 shuffling terminal messages know that the case had not been assigned to them but to another worker. (We had a worker go out on
a case of another worker due to this message.) Tom was to email this request to Jim, however, he was having a problem with email at the time so I don't know if it was sent. This would be very helpful to us as not only
would it keep workers from going out on a case that wasn't really theirs, but also to let us know who is not deleting their messages so possibly this problem could be resolved.
