Is it possible to add agency review and court review descriptions on the create a case screen? At this time, it just states review dates and has two set of lines. We are
using the first set of lines for Agency review info
and the second set as Court review info. Nothing on this screen tells us
this is correct. We can only go by the 5094 form that we have as it lists
the Agency review first and court second. This too is confusing when
training workers that have never seen a 5094 and it also makes us a little
uneasy as to whether we putting the right info in the right place
considering there are no directions or indication as to what review
information the software is asking for. I think it would be very helpful if
beside those dates stated what the date reflected. I know this one is long winded, so I will include
a file showing the screen I am talking about. |
