I was training Foster Care and couldn't find any to do's or forms

Are they in there? I had asked Pam to call you regarding these forms last week, but I don't know if she did or what the two of you discussed if she did call. I do know that Pam said she felt the foster care forms would be the same for us as for other counties, so I assumed they would be in there. 

Guide me to what we need to do. Susan hasn't returned from maternity leave, but will be back next week. Pam had to leave suddenly today and wasn't able to attend the training. Her pregnancy is nearing the end and she is having health problems so I can't really depend on her or Susan at this point. Can you help me get this up and running? If changes are needed after we actually start using the forms we can deal with them at that time. Let me know.
