Vendor Rate missing?

The error "Vendor Rate Missing for Vendor, Site, Program & Service Unit" is listed for Carl Chavis 10021. The children all have a F as the Service Unit on the Error report but when I look in the Application and Attendence sheet
they have a S listed in the Service Unit. (See Appl. #10046 Child Courtlyn Caldwell)

RESPONSE
The Calculation program is looking for a rate for the difference between the full-time (F) day and the school-age day (S). The Payment Report shows that the the 'S' part of the payment is ok.

This vendor is the only vendor that has this problem. The monthly 'F' rate is $260 whereas the monthly 'S' rate is $286. The program expects the 'F' rate to be higher than the 'S' rate. Please check the rates -- we are going to assume that one of the rates is incorrect.
