Enhancements not listed?

The Vendor Payment Report did not list Enhancements for many of our Centers that are suppose to receive them -- for example, Academy of Spoiled Babies #10133, Council House #10262 and many others. Where do I need to update the
vendor so they will have enhancements listed? I tried under tables Vendor Controls but that didn't seem to work.

RESPONSE
The Calculation program adds an enhancement when 1) the Smart Start column in the Vendor Controls screen is 'Y' or blank for the month you want to pay, and 2) the child's enrollment is marked with an Enhancement Code. We do not know why vendors 10013 and 10019 were the only vendors who Calculate paid an enhancement fee, but will continue to research the cause.
