Enhancements are missing?

I have run the Calculate Vendor Fee Report the following error is shown:

The following vendors have the error NO ENHANCEMENT RATES IN DAY CARE CONTROL.

Do I need to do something so these centers have rates?

Did you have these errors on the last Calculate error report you ran? The message is sometimes misleading. It really means that there is something wrong with the enrollment for the child. Meaning that the is either enrolled in 'S' for school age or is over five years old. See if that checks out.
