Are Day Care co-payments automatically prorated? 

Co-payments should be prorated. We believe that OneCase used to prorate but currently does not. Does OneCase still prorate co-payments?

Yes, the Calculate Fee program still prorates co-payments. 'Prorate' means that the program subtracts the daily co-payments rate from a payment for care that is less than a full month. The co-payment is based on the Voucher or Change co-Payment action that is "effective" for the month the child receives care.
