If I understood correctly, the vendor information will be included in the download however each vendor must be matched to a person screen. I'm confused on how the person screen should be set up. Vendors have names like "Miss Debbie's Special Angels". How can this be set up as a person? Let me know how this is to be handled and also whether we need to be setting up person screens for vendors prior to the download.

yesterday.

A day care center may be known in the yellow pages as "Miss Debbie's
Special Angels" but is operated by Sally Jones. What's more, the legal
name of the center might be something like the The South side Day Care
Corporation.

The Finance people care about the legal name. The public cares about
the yellow pages name. You care about the human being who owns or
operates the center. By the way, if there is no human being who is the
main operator or owner, you can just set up a person record for the
yellow pages name -- like First Name 'Miss Debbie's and Last Name
'Special Angels'.
