Can there be a hard stop on the Application Summary or a Prompt so you know to do the Income
Information under the F14 Income Summary on that screen?

Not impossible, but is this what you really want. Hard stop means ALL applications. Hard stop also
means the worker MUST key income information. She would not necessarily know income
information at the point she is just starting an application. Talk it around and let me know.
