Why do I get incident messages even though I do not have any cases?

The answer to this one is a little technical. Every time a worker signs on to the AS/400e server, the operating system assigns an address to that user. When the worker signs off, the operating system reclaims that address but will assign it to another worker who signs on later. You are receiving messages intended for another worker. Since we cannot change the operating system, we are trying to figure out a way to avoid the problem.
