Why can I not access some incidents?

My intake worker gets a message "not granted access" when she tries to access Incidents 10, 18 and 27 are the incidents. She can access other incidents. What's wrong? I appreciate your help.

This week we have gone live with our cps incidents and have a question. The intake worker is taking the incidents and then referring them to the supervisor who decides if the incident is accepted. The supervisor then refers them back to the intake worker who assigns them to an investigator. The problem is that twice, the supervisor has referred them back to the intake worker but when she goes to assign them, she is told that she has not been granted access and when we look at all of the log numbers on her user id, the log number in question is not listed.

More than likely, a worker or supervisor has coded the incidents as being either Confidential or having a Conflict of Interest. Look on the 'Participant' screen for a 'Y' on either of these two fields. If either is 'Y', that's the problem. If both are 'N', then there is something else wrong.
