Where do we find what time a report was assigned?

The time and date a report was assigned is on the F16=CmplInvst screen. In the upper right quadrant. You can access this screen from the Selection screen -- the function key is visible at the bottom of the screen.

You can also get to it from the 'Work with Incident Participants' screen but it is a little trickier. Press Enter once, the function key will appear. Press the F16=CmplInvst key.
