What are the dates on the CPS incident?

Workers are entering incidents and putting today's date on them. When they are referred to the intake supervisor for her to accept or screen, they have 8/31/99 date on them. Theresa is concerned about this because, it will appear that we are out of compliance with state regulations on time limits to go out on an incident. The incidents in question are 72 and 73.

There are two dates on the 'Work with Incident Participants' screen -- the 'Date of Incident' and the 'Date/Time Reported'. The former is the date the incident actually occurred. The latter is the date and time that the agency received the report. The time clock should start from the 'Date/Time Reported' -- not the 'Date of Incident'. 

Unless the intake worker changes them, 'Date/Time Reported' default to the date/time that the incident is actually keyed into ONECase.
