How do I notify the supervisor when an incident is assigned?
Is there a way to notify the supervisor when one of her workers is assigned an incident for investigation?
RESPONSE from CASEY
You are asking for a way for both the worker and supervisor to know that a case has been assigned. Since we need a more
permanent way than relying upon messages (which can be erased easily or overlooked in a long list), we will add an action item
(activity) to the 'ALL' action overlay. Any worker or supervisor can then use "Work with Case Activities" to lookup 'WKR' action
types for a worker. I think that this will work.
