How do I change the assigned CPS worker?

I will let you know. I have not had a chance to look at one case this week. We have
had some emergencies that have kept me from the computer. I will take a look at this
before the week is up. The particular problem, I understand where the problem is and
need to get with the supervisor who has authority to change this to rectify that
problem. Tell Mr. Briley and Mr. Cox that I received their voice mail but it was three
days later as our phone system has been out and voice mail has not been detected until days
later. I appreciate them calling and checking on us.

We still need to find out why we cannot change the assigned workers. Your prior
instructions stated to go into F16 complete investigation and change the worker there.
We have attempted this and each time, it tells us that that field is in a protected
cursor area. We need to be able to change this, is there something I need to do from
this end to fix it.
