How do I add or change CPS intake questions?

I think I'm ready to know how to add questions to the CPS Intake Form. Will you send me instructions on how to do this? Also, is there a way to view more than one question at a time on the report?

Assuming you are talking about Allegation Notes, press F18 to view a list of the questions. The Date Created column indicates that the segment has been created.
