Can we change Participant Person Numbers?

Donna has asked me if there is anyway that a name can be changed on the incident report. Example Laura takes the report and is given the name Jerry Smith as the perpetrator--later she finds that Jerry is not correct it was Gerald Smith, a completely different person. Donna says that an incorrect name as the perpetrator could cause real problems. what can be done?

Yes, you can simply change the Person Number. Try doing that and call us if it does not work.
