Can I reopen a CPS incident closed accidentally?

If a case is closed by accident is there any way to unclose it and make a change? Menu 51, option 1, F16=CompInvst, Type found was entered incorrectly and needs to be changed.

A worker closes an incident by keying Date Investigation Ended on the Work with Incident Completion screen. Press the F16=CmplInvst key to access that screen.

Once the incident is closed, only workers listed on 'Override IDs' window on the 'Maintain Provider' screen can re-open the incident. To display the list of override workers, put the cursor on the 'Override to be Performed by' field, then press F1=MoreData. To add an override worker, key the worker's user ID into the list, then press Enter three times to save the change.

Select option 3 "Work with Providers" on menu 18 to access the 'Maintain Provider' screen.

Any worker whose name shows in the list can blank out the Date Investigation Ended. Once the date is removed, any worker can change the incident data.
