Assigned incident to the wrong worker?

If a worker is assigned to an incident by mistake, how do you correct on the CPS Log?

We have figured out how to fix it other ways but our intake worker needs to be able to look at the log and see correctly who has the incidents.

You have to change the Worker ID in two places. First, go to the 'Work with Incident Completion' screen. To get there, press the F16=CmplInvst function key on the 'Log Nbr...' selection screen.

Change the ID in the 'Worker Assigned' field, then press Enter to save the screen. Changing the Worker ID there changes the 'Invst Wkr' on the 'Lookup Incident Log Numbers' screen.

Second, you have to change the Worker ID on the 'Work with Cases' screen. Press the F9=Cases screen on the selection screen. Type the Log Number into the 'Log Nbr' field, then press F9. The 'Work with Cases' screen will appear. Type the correct Worker ID into the field for each client -- that's each client -- then press F13 to save the changes. Press F3 to return to the CPS program.
