Access to incidents with Conflict of Interest?

We are having CPS incidents that are marked conflict of interest that need to be assigned to a case worker, edited, or forwarded to another county, but no one has access to them except the security officer. How do we give the CPS Intake Supervisor access to incidents with a conflict of interest?

To be able access an incident that is marked with 'Conflict of Interest' equal 'Y', the worker must have 'Access Level For PS Incidents' equal to at least a '7'. Go to option 4 on menu 18. Its called "Work with Workers". Bring up the worker record. There is a line on that screen that says 'Access Level for PS Incidents'. If you set that value to '7' or '9', your worker will be able to call up the incident. Voila!

Mr. Briley did not tell me this, and you may already know it, but please grant this authority only to the supervisor that handles conflict of interest incidents. Not everyone should get a '7'!
