How can I delete a note?

I put in a test note and was going to go back and delete it. I put the D in the selection column but
when I hit enter a message appeared stating I didn't have access to delete notes.

RESPONSE
Only authorized workers may delete notes. To be authorized, your Agency or Provider Administrator must give you the authority to delete a note.

If you are the Administrator, go to option 3 on menu 18. Notice the line " Override to be Performed By..." Position cursor on the field and press F1. Key in the ID of any workers you want to be able to delete notes for that provider. Do the same for other providers.
