Can I move a Worker ID from one provider to another?

One of our workers changed positions from IMC to CWS. She was unable to access programs in ONECase stating she was an IMC. I went in and updated the changes in Maintain Workers section for her entered and went to F11 to change provider access to CWS. She says she still can't get into the CWS programs. Is there a change I do or do I have to give her a new Profile.

No. You have to set up another Worker ID in the new Provider.
