Why is the Provider on my allegation notes SI?

On our incidents 127-130, SI is listed as the provider even though our intake worker sent it CPS-R to the supervisor for review. Do you know why this happened?

I am talking about SI in the allegation notes. Sometimes it is SI and other times it is CWS. Sometimes when it is SI then Amy can make her changes and sometimes she cannot.

RESPONSE
The notes will show the Provider 'SI' until the incident is assigned to a worker, then it changes automatically to 'CWS'.
