How do I make notes look like paragraphs?

Darren Kugal, one of the CPS Investigators has been putting notes in One Case and attempting to use the program. In typing his notes he was trying to skip lines or make a new paragraph of information and was not able to. Is there a way to type these notes in a paragraph format? He wanted interview with parent to be separated from t/c to reporter, interview with child, etc. Instead the information continued without any spacing between information.
