Worker Caseload Report


This is a summary report within a specified date range that shows counts by Worker and Service for number of clients and cases at beginning of period, cases opened, cases closed, and cases at the end of the period. You can run the report from menu 23.

The basic format shows counts from the Client file where:
Beginning Cases (Case Status is 'OPEN' and Effective Date is prior to beginning date of range.
New Cases (Case Status is 'OPEN' and Effective Date is within beginning/ending dates inclusive.
Cases Closed (Case Status is 'TERM' and Effective Date is within beginning/ending dates inclusive.
Ending Cases (Case Status is 'OPEN' and Effective Date is prior to ending date of range.

Selection:
Date Range 00/00/00 thru 00/00/00 (MMDDYY)
Provider Usually ‘CWS’
Output Option W=Wide Report
Cases/Services C=Cases, S=Cases/Services
Worker ID

Report Sequence: A=Service Code within Worker Last/First Name
