Placement History Report


Lists all Clients with placement(s) meeting the selection criteria.

Shows: Client Number, Client Name, Type of placement, Description, Home Number, 
            State Facility, ID, Home/parent Name1, Home/parent Name2, Date Began, Date Ended.

Selection: By Date Range
               By Provider - default is the Provider of the Worker requesting the report.
               ' ' is all Homes within all Providers.
               By Client Number or '*ALL'
               By Placement Status (Open, Terminated, Both)
               Printer window.

Output Options: R=Report where 'R' means to wide report format (14x11 landscape, no page break)

Sequence: Alphabetically by client name. (NOTE: same format as the "Placement History Report").
