Home Licensing Report


The summary version of this report shows counts for each worker of:

License Applications

Where Application Date (CEAPPD) on the Client screen (CSCLF) is within the Date Range.

Licenses Approved

Where Approved Date (P6DTLA) on the Placement Home screen (PSHOM) is within the range.

Applications Denied

Where Eligibility Category (CEECAT) on the Client screen (CSCLF) is 'DND' and Effective Date (CEEEFF) on the Client screen is within the range.

Reason for Denial

A separate count for each unique code (CEEDET) for each Application Denied in the period. Shows code description from standard codes.

License Studies In Progress

Where Eligibility Category (CEECAT) on the Client screen (CSCLF) is ' '.

Homes Closed

Where Date Closed (P6DTCL) on the Placement Home screen (PSHOM) is not equal null, is within the range, and greater than Date Available (P6DTAV).

Homes Available

Where Date Available (P6DTAV) on the Placement Home screen (PSHOM) is within the range and is greater than Date Closed.

Licenses Renewed

Where Date Licensed Renewed (P6DTLR) on the Placement Home screen (PSHOM) is within the range.

The Detail version

In addition to the counts for each Worker, the detail version lists each placement home in the worker's un-terminated caseload, showing the following information:

Home Name, Home Address, Capacity, Preferences
License Application Date, Date License Approved
Date License Denied, Reason for Denial
Description from standard codes (Provider-sensitive)
Date License Renewed, Date License Expires
Date Last Monitoring Visit, Date Next Monitoring Visit
