howto: Maintain Placement Standard Codes


Use procedures located on Menu 59.
The codes set up by Cox & Company may be all you need.

Using all the options located on Menu 59, you will need to define -- or at least verify -- the Placement Standard Codes that your agency will use. Many of these codes will already be defined in the starter data delivered by Cox & Company with the ONECase system. Please do not assume that we have defined all the codes correctly and completely.

To check out the Standard Code values, position the cursor on the Code Value field and press the ‘F8=Lookup*’ key. All the current values for that code type will display in a small window. 

To add a new code, key the Code Value into the field, then press Enter. On the next screen key the Description of the code, then press Enter twice.
