Verify Data F5


The Verify Data function saves verification Date, Worker ID, and Method for each of several data types. The data types supported appear on the WWDP main screen with a 'V' next to the data field. When each of these three fields contains data, the program displays the 'V' in reverse-image format 'V' -- that is, the program "lights" the 'V' flag. The program supports verification of the Social Security Number, Residence Address, Birth Data, Citizenship, and Income Source. 

Position the cursor, press the F5=Verify key

On the 'SSN' field to access the ‘Verify Social Sec Number’ screen.
On the 'Birthdate' field to access the ‘Birth Date and Place’ screen.
On the 'Citizenship' field to access the ‘Citizenship Data’ screen.
On any of the fields in the residential address to access the ‘Verify Resident Address’ screen.

The verification data for Birth Data, Citizenship, and Income Sources may also be accessed by using the F1=MoreData+ function.

Key the verification data
Use the F8 key to fill in the Verify Date, to lookup the Worker ID, or to display Method choices.
