Review Change History F17

The Retrieve Change History function retrieves and displays a list of changes made to the selected data field. For fields designated by the "Log" procedure on menu 18 ONECase system stores a history of changes made to the data value. The system does not support the change history function on all fields in all files. Persons is one of the files supported.

Position the cursor on the data field, press the F17 key
If the field is designated, the program displays the ‘Review Changes on Log File’ screen which shows the 
Date the value was changed, the Worker ID that changed the data, and the value before the change.
