Maintain Same Person F10


The Maintain Same Person function links two or more individual person records to indicate that all linked records are for the same individual. An example might be when a person who has received services under a maiden name continues to receive services under a married name, etc. In that circumstance, all but the current person name record would need to be de-activated.
