Maintain Mailing and Short Addresses 

The Person data includes the Residential Address, the Mailing Address, and the Short Address used by the state systems. 

The address fields used by the state systems are abbreviated. The State Interface Address function gives the worker an option to format/spell the address data. If the data is not defined, the programs which pass data to the state use a truncated version of the Residence Address.

Position the cursor on the Mailing or Short field and press F1.
Use the F1=MoreData+ key to reveal the window.

Use the F8=Lookup key to display valid choices for the fields marked with an asterisk.
