Maintain Family Index F18

The Maintain Family Index function stores free-form Comments about the Person. There is virtually no limit to the number of Comments which can be keyed. When comments exist, the F14=Comments on the WWDP main screen is shown in reverse image.

Press the F18=Family key
With the cursor on any position on the main WWDP screen, press the F14=Comment key to access ‘PF Person File Comments’ screen. 

Used to group persons into family or household relationships. Contains one data record for each person in a family or household relationship. An individual person may be included in multiple relationships. The key to the family index file is the Family Index ID and the Person ID.
