Maintain Citizenship Data

The Citizenship data includes Citizenship Status, Effective Date of the Citizenship, Non-INS Card ID and INS Alien Registration Number, plus the Verify Date, Worker, and Method. 

Citizenship + * ___ V Effective Date ________

Key Citizenship Status and Effective Date directly, then press Enter.
The program lets a worker key either of the these values directly -- that is, without accessing the Citizenship Data screen. Use the F8 key to lookup valid choices or to fill in the system date on date fields marked with an asterisk. If you want to key only the these data fields and do not want to key the data on window, press Enter to validate the data. Remember that the program does not save this data until you press F13 to save it.

Position the cursor on the Citizenship Status field and press F1.
The function uses the F1=MoreData+ key to reveal the window.

Key the Citizenship Data, press Enter
Use the F8=Lookup key to display valid choices for the fields marked with an asterisk. Use the F8 key to fill in the system date on a date field marked with an asterisk. After validating the data keyed, the program returns to the main WWDP screen.
