Delete Person F4

The Delete Person function permanently erases from the database all data about the Person. Once removed, the deleted data cannot be recovered. Be aware that the procedure deletes the data immediately and without an opportunity to cancel the action.

The program will not delete a Person if Activities marked with the Person Number exist.

Press the F4=Delete key
With the cursor on any position on the main WWDP screen, press the F4=Delete key to initiate the Delete function. The screen switches to DELETE mode and displays a warning message.

Press Enter to complete the deletion
With the warning message displayed, press Enter to actually remove the Person data. The program returns to the Selection screen, showing the Person Number of the deleted data record. If the worker were to press Enter on this screen, the program shows a message that the Person Number is invalid -- in other words, the delete is complete and total.

Person ID is invalid, Please try again (Use F8 for LOOKUP).
