Step 7: Open the ONECase Case


Adding the child to the household automatically creates a ONECase Case for the child. The system includes the Vendor as a member of the Case, using 'DCP' as the 'Relationship Code'.

DO NOT SET UP THE CASE MANUALLY.

When you press F13 on the screen below, ONECase automatically creates a Case for the child. The child is the client and will therefore show a 'CLT' Relationship Code on the 'Work with Cases' screen. The applicant will have a Relationship Code of 'CM' which means 'case member'.

You will see no indication that a case has been created except on subsequent screens the '1/Case Nbr' will appear in the upper right corner of many of the 'Work with Day Care Cases' screens.
